Reading the mark…
A guess at the illustration kind, then the matching checks. Wrong sometimes, so read the line. Fix all is
conservative: G2, circular bowls, straight segments, duplicate points, tiny handles and off-axis extrema. It
keeps only fixes that lower the issue count.
Paths
Contours, not layers. Grab the mark (inside the box, off the curve) to move. Arrows nudge 1 px; Shift+arrow
uses the grid. ⌘D duplicates.
Extract copies KAPPA circles off the construction trajectories; the original stays. Split explodes the
outline at bowl/stem runs. Hide and lock from the list. Shift-click rows to select several.
Booleans need two or more selected paths; Subtract takes the rest away from the first selected. A group is
one compound shape, so counters read as holes.
Offset keeps the original and adds the parallel outline outward; a negative distance goes inward. Expand
turns the stroke into a filled shape.

Transforms act on the selected nodes, else on the selected paths, around their centre.
